Fees

When it comes to receiving financial advice, one of the most common questions is ‘how much will it cost’? Advisers may charge differently for their time and services, but typically fees will be made up of professional fees for financial planning and/or commissions. From a simple budget and savings plan to a full financial plan for every stage of your life, your adviser will charge you depending on the complexity and time involved in preparing a plan for your individual circumstances.

This will be discussed in detail with you in person once your situation and needs are scoped in the initial appointment.

Usually a wealth adviser will charge professional fees calculated as:
- a fixed dollar amount;
- a percentage of the amount you invest;
- an hourly rate, or
- a combination of some or all of these.

In most circumstances, your initial consultation with a wealth adviser may be free of charge.
